A: All items are eligible for free worldwide shipping.

Q: My order was shipped in several packages. Why not ship items all together?

A: Some orders consisting of multiple items are shipped from warehouses in different locations. This is done because some warehouses may have the item available more quickly. The items may also ship at separate times from the same warehouse if one or more of your items are back ordered, so as not to delay your entire order.

Q: When can I expect to receive my item(s)?

A: Our warehouses will do all they can to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Our offers are very popular, and we ask that you allow approximately 1-5 weeks for delivery of your items to the USA, although it varies depending on the product. Countries other than the USA may take approximately 1-6 weeks (also varies depending on product), because of factors such as customs and travelling distance. Please be aware that these are only estimates, and can change due to differing output based on the popularity of our offers.

Q: What will happen if my order is lost in the mail, or gets stuck?

A: We insure the shipping and handling of each order. We are truly sorry if an order gets held up at customs, is sent back, or somehow gets lost before delivery. We have no control over the postal service. Though, if these instances occur, we are able to send you a new package at an even faster shipping rate and complete tracking abilities when eligible, because each order is insured. Please refer to our policy for refunds and returns if you have any questions regarding in which situations these might be applicable.

Q: Is there an additional charge for taxes and/or customs?

A: Our site shows tax-free USD prices; therefore, you may be responsible for paying taxes and duties after receiving your order. Once your order is received, your local customs office will determine how much, if any amount, you will be liable to pay for things such as import taxes, customs fees, or duties. We do not cover these charges, and we do not accept responsibility for delays from your customs department. Please inquire at your local customs office if you wish for more information regarding charges.
